 The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

Real talk. I am getting to the uncomfortable stage where pleasantly plump is verging more onto a tad bit too chunky and I want to stop it before my love handles become too much to love. This calls for a life style change. Food, exorcise, what ever I buy, do or try will be submitted every Wednesday on my "Workout Wednesday" posts. Not just that but I will also take it one step further and talk all about that body and the crazy things other people try to do as well! (surgery's and more!)
